Shipping Information
Shipping costs are based on Canada Post or UPS rates, these rates are determined when adding products to your shopping cart. Delivery confirmation (tracking) as well as up to $100 coverage for loss or damage is included on most shipping services. Lost or damaged shipments are covered only by the delivery carrier and based on the insurance amount the customer purchases. Please contact us by phone at 403-980.5436 to purchase additional shipping insurance.
Please verify all address information at the time of your order. Kiddo & Co. will not be responsible for incorrect mailing addresses. Packages returned to Kiddo & Co. as a result of an invalid or incorrect mailing address will be subject to a return shipping fee in addition to a 20% restocking fee. (please see return policy at the end of the page for information on regular returns) Please see terms of use for further information regarding shipping and handling fees.
Domestic Orders
Our shipping partners are Canada Post and UPS, we work closely with them to offer a variety of shipping services based on your shipping destination throughout Canada. Please note that orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box if shipped via UPS (ie: large items such as strollers), so please provide a valid postal address during checkout.
International Orders
Sorry, we are not currently shipping Internationally.

We ship in Canada with Canada Post and UPS ground parcel service and rates are based on the dollar amount purchased. *Please note that Northern Regions and Remote Centres may take up to 15 days+ for Regular delivery. Please see Remote Shipping for applicable shipping rates.

Standard Parcel & Express Parcel Service
Regular Parcel service orders ship within 2 to 3 business days and deliver within 7 to 10 business days. (Allow extra for holiday rush)
Expedited Parcel service orders ship within 2 business day and are guaranteed to deliver on-time in 1 to 3 business days regionally, and 2 to 7 business days nationally between major Canadian cities. We do not charge extra for this however it does not apply to certain orders (ie: UPS deliveries or envelopes). So if you choose this shipping method it may not apply to your purchase. Please contact us at 1.403.980.5436 if you need your parcel in a certain time frame as there may be an extra charge.
Express Delivery X presspost Delivery (1-2 business days, guaranteed) PLEASE CALL FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY AS IT IS NOT AN OPTION ON OUR WEBSITE. We can add this to your order and give you a total amount. 1.403.980.5436.
Please note: your order will be shipped to you as soon as it arrives at our store, if it is not already in stock. If there is going to be any sort of delay we will contact you via phone and/or email.
All Special Orders require payment in-full upon order. Also, because these items are made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns of Special Orders. If a Special Order item is sent back to us a refund will not apply. All Formal wear is a special order. We will assist you in obtaining measurements for your child. If there are any problems with your order please do not hesitate to contact us, we will do our best to help.
Special Order cancellations must be done within 24 hours of your order date and will be accepted as long as the order has not been initiated by the manufacturer. All cancellations must be done via phone at 403.980.5435 during our regular business hours: Monday to Friday 10:00am-6:00pm MST. We will remain closed on all Canadian holidays, including Family Day. Cancellations by email will not be accepted.
Low Stock or Out of Stock
As we also have a retail store there are customers buying products that are represented on our website. This being said, there may be situations where products are out of stock when we pick your order. We will notifiy you if this should occur and you will have the option to wait for our re-stock order or be refunded.

Here's How it Works
At the present moment we do not have a pick-up tab in our delivery section. So you can always just call us with your order and we will call you when your order is ready. Any orders in Airdrie can also be delivered to the home free of charge. Any orders over $100 from Surrounding areas (such as Calgary, Cochrane, Carstairs, Didsbury and others, please call to see if it applies to your area) are subject to free delivery. This does not include large items such as strollers. Please call to verify 1.403.980.5436.
Easy Steps For Picking Up Your Order
We care about protecting our customer's information, and to ensure our customers are protected from fraudulent activity the following steps are required for pick up. Absolutely NO exceptions will be made. Once you have received your Store Pickup Notification email, please bring the following items to our store.
- Kiddo & Co. online sales receipt
- The purchasing credit card
- Photo ID - NOTE: Only the person whose name is on the purchasing credit card can pick up the order at the store.
Northern & Remote Area Shipping
If you are shipping to an address with a postal code beginning with these 3 digits, the address is considered remote or an exception to standard shipping rates. Additional shipping charges may be applied under special circumstances. A member of our team will contact you before your order ships, if additional charges will apply to your order.

Miscellaneous Information
How are taxes calculated on orders? Canadian residents – all orders are subject to 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST). PST (Provincial Sales Tax) & HST (Harmonized sales tax) are not charged on any shipments, so please contact your provincial government for instructions on how to self-assess and remit the tax.
How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with your Canada Post tracking number 9 (if it qualifies). Once you have your tracking number, you can conveniently track your package online at www.canadapost.com
14 Day Money Back Return Policy
Our goal is to provide you with an easy and worry free online shopping experience. We will gladly refund your order for the full price of any returned merchandise less shipping fees in the event that you are unsatisfied with any items you have purchased. However, we will only accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase.
Need To Return An Item?
If you would like to return an item, please follow the simple steps below:

Step 2: Collect the item(s) you wish to return (please be sure to include all packaging and labels) and place in the original shipping box if you still have it, or an appropriately sized box. Be sure to package the items so that they arrive intact. Please note: Items MUST be in complete resalable condition, in the original packaging with all packaging complete otherwise a credit will not be issued.
Step 3: Fill out the information requested on the return form and put it in the box.
Step 4: Place your item(s) in the shipping box.

Step 6: Go to your local Canada Post outlet or courier of choosing, you will be responsible for return shipping charges, be sure to get a tracking number.
Please note: We will refuse any packages sent COD. Be sure to pay for your return shipment at the time you send it.
Resolution: You can expect that your return will be resolved within 14 business days of receipt of your return. Once the product has been received and is determined to be in resalable condition a refund will be credited to your credit card or a cheque will be issued and mailed to you. You will receive a confirmation email and/or phone.
